About the forum
The Music Sustainability Initiative at Georgetown University, in partnership with the College of Arts & Sciences and the Law Center, presents the 2026 Music Sustainability Forum. The event brings together artists, scholars, technologists, policymakers, lawyers, and leaders from across the music and cultural sectors.
What to expect
The program includes papers, panel discussions, artist presentations, demonstrations, and interactive performances. Across these formats, participants engage questions at the intersection of art, law, technology, and policy, with particular attention to creativity, labor, sustainability, and power.
